These aren't healthy ingredients. Added sugar is added sugar, regardless of the source. For a 'Healthy Grains' bar, the blueberry bar variety (which is the one on sale) packs 9 grams of sugar per serving (only 3 grams in protein). The bar totals 35 grams in weight, meaning that the bar contains of just over a 1/4 of its total weight in sugar. That's pretty substantial for a 'Healthy Grains' bar.

It might not be a bad deal though, monetarily speaking. Seems to be a decent price.

These are not the same as the ones you buy individually in the store. These are cheaper, but hardly any blueberries, no nuts, and more sugar.
