mine arrived and two of the three broke within minutes of plugging them in. The USB portions broke right off! I won't use the 3rd one; i love my iPhone too much to ruin it w/ some cheap cord.

All of these are junk- including the one's you get from Apple- although their's do last longer
For 3 I phones that we have had under 6 months- we have thrown away 7 cords and 3 chargers
Someone needsto come up with a MUCH better way to charge all of these Apple devices than this BS

If you did not get your shipment, you can file a dispute with eBay and or Paypal to get your money back or just tell the seller you would leave a negative feedback.

I think the Chinese can get these really cheap and will sell them somehow with free shipping. But they do take forever. I have never tried it from this particular seller. I went to a different website, and I thought I had gotten robbed of my money, but I eventually got my product. However, the cord is like 3 inches long.
