Thanks for answering---I remembered after I posted that I did get a conf. # and wrote it down on the orig. e-mail. I guess I just thought they said they would be sending an e-mail. I also ordered the thin crust. This will be my first time getting a pizza from them, as this is the first location in our area and it only opened last year. Looking forward to it!

When I ordered on line I got a conformation number. As long as you got the conformation number, I would not be concerned.
Good luck. I got my free pizza and soda yesterday. The thin crust was very good.

Still no code. Called corporate again today. Transferred twice to online support where I was on hold listening to annoying ads for a total of 23 minutes and then disconnected. Called corporate again and finally transferred to the CEOs office and left a message and am awaiting a call back from them

I am so Pi**ed off. I have been a Papas rewards member for 3 plus years and did vote and never received a code. Tried going to the website to get my code and it said I was not a member! HMMMM?? I get emails from Papa's for special deals and so on and can log in to my account which I have ordered pizza from several times. Called their 800 number and listened to annoying ads for about 25 minutes and then spoke to a very rude woman who told me I was registered but I am not a Rewards member and she could give me 25% off my next pizza order(BTW when I try to log in to the site for my free code it does give a 25% off code which was there before I called them). When I told her that was not acceptable she hung up on me. I called the corporate office 1-502-261-7272 and spoke to a woman who told me they are having some some problems and if I do not receive my code by Friday to call back and they will help me out. I find it hard to believe I am the only person having problems with this. Anyone else not receive their code or getting a run-around?

I got 4 toppings on one of my pizzas and it still came up to $0...when I asked them if they wanted me to pay for them, the guy looked at my email order and said nope it's no charge! Was fabulous!! Since I am dieting, I had 2 pieces, my daughter had 2 and my freezer has 4 for next week...my son's pizza is also in the freezer....kept out 2 for dinner for him tomorrow ;) soda was cold and awesome!
