Email Pay Pal for a refund if you paid if you have not paid already contact the CS.

I couldn't use it on a item that offered anything points but it worked on a game without anything points.

NOTE: Description of rebate says: "Minimum purchase of $9.99 does not include shipping, handling or taxes."

That could be the issue you are having.

Unfortunately, my item was 10.00 before any shipping, etc. and I got the exact same message: "This Redemption Code cannot be used from your PayPal account."
I will wait until I can reach customer service, because I did not continue with the payment process, because I wanted to extra savings. I'll report back what response I get on Tuesday.

The coupon must have been offered to you by PayPal/eBay in order to be eligible. The eligibility for all coupons offered is tied to your PayPal account, so if you were never offered the coupon, you will not be eligible.

Darn it! I was so excited about the coupon that I just made a random purchase.....still haven't heard from CS yet.....

I'm sorry you guys no where on website link did it say offered to certain people by PayPal/eBay. I have no idea how it worked for since it wasn't emailed to me.

:banghead: I emailed paypal to credit my account $5.00 for a purchase I made 2 days ago but they refused. I also emailed them as to why I have never ever recieved any type of offer from them and I have been a member for a long time.

Did everyone who did not get it to work follow the directions :confused:

Yeah, for some reason mine didn't work either. My item was $14.99 plus $3.85 shipping, so I was well within the requirements and my seller accepts Paypal and is registered like myself.

I sent an email to ebay so we'll see what happens.

I used one of these coupon codes before that I found on a deal site. The coupons only work for those that received the email for the coupon. Fortunately in my case, PAYPAL was nice enough to give me the coupon after I called them on the phone.

So unless the coupon was sent to your email, it probably won't work.

Most coupons can be used only by you, but sometimes coupons can be shared. If the coupon includes an email address, that address must be registered with the PayPal account you use to pay for your item. If the coupon doesn't specify an email address, then you can share the coupon.
