The problem is they limited whose account could use it apparently. I was able to use the coupon just fine yesterday and I was emailed that code from e-bay. So apparently it does work... just depends on who uses it.

Doesn't say anywhere, I assume because the account it was issused to doesn't have many transactions and they are trying to speed up business... I always maintain 2 accounts for things, ones that I use all the time and ones that hardly ever get used... that way I always get the coupons and promotions no matter what.

No problem :) Enjoy... if your worried about the paypal coupons make sure you sign up for 2 ebay accounts as well. use one a lot... use the other like 2-3 times a year.

Not really, the whole point is to entice people who don't use the service that often to use it. Why would you give someone something at a lower price when you already know they will buy it at the normal price?
