The following Sweepstakes is intended for play in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States.
1. How To Enter: To enter the promotion and be eligible to win, you must be a member of the A+ Rewards program and complete the Official Entry Form on airtran.com. There is no cost or obligation required to become an A+ Rewards program member. To enter, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, e-mail address and A+ Rewards number. Limit one (1) entry per person per hourly drawing. Subsequent entries will be automatically disqualified. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated scripts, macros or other devices will cause disqualification. No responsibility is assumed by AirTran Airways for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any computer, online, telephone, human error or technical malfunctions that may occur.
2. Winner Selection/Deadline Dates: This Promotion consists of 125 separate hourly drawings between October 17, 2005 and October 22, 2005 (the "Promotional Period"). The first hourly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. (ET) on October 17, 2005 and ends one hour later. Another hourly entry period will begin on the hour each hour after the first hourly entry period. The final hourly entry period ends at 4:59:59 a.m. (ET) on October 22, 2005. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent hourly drawings. Hourly winners will be selected in a series of separate random drawings at the end of each day during the Promotional Period. The random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each hourly period. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of entries are received for each hourly drawing.
3. Prizes: Eight (8) Hourly Prizes: 16 A+ Rewards credits. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. The total ARV of all prizes for each hourly drawing is $4,000. A+ Rewards Credits will automatically be posted to the winner's A+ Rewards account number. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per person, household, e-mail address or A+ Rewards number per hourly drawing. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. A+ Rewards credits are subject to A+ Rewards standard terms and conditions. Once Rewards credits are redeemed, a $50 fee per person applies to any change made, plus any applicable increase in air fare. 7-day advance purchase required. Seats are limited, subject to availability and may not be available on all flights. Limited blackout dates apply. Any taxes that may be due are the responsibility of the prize winner.
4. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be a member of the A+ Reward program. Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law. Employees of AirTran Airways, Cramer-Krasselt and the affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, contractors working on the product, project or promotion, advertising and promotional agencies, including the asterisk services company, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
5. General Conditions: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the judges which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion. This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. The prizes will be awarded and the winners will be posted on airtran.com. Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days following the date of attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to AirTran Airways the right to use and publish their proper name and state of residence online, in print and in any other media in connection with the promotion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for AirTran Airways to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
