Just checking up on the rest of the order from September that I still haven't received...
They are promoting 50% off with the coupon code X50.
Their products are really nice. The Gardenia candle smells incredible! Although, I can't say I'd recommend them servicewise, but some of you were more successful at receiving your orders than I was...

I have many items still missing from my orders...no one answers the phone or returns messages. They also turned their fax machine off after I faxed my request to have my orders completed. I am ready for my CC company to take them on if they don't wise up soon. I am very disappointed with their service. :(

If you have free long distance on your cell or VOIP, try calling their local number. They hadn't been picking up when I called their 1-800 number. I think they have caller ID and recognize my number by now :D. So I called their local line and they picked up after the first ring...

BTW: You are much more patient than I. I would have filed with my credit card company a long time ago! I'm only missing 3 items of a 67 item order. Even if I didn't get the other 3- it was still worth the money I paid. That's why I didn't do anything about the charge...

I've filed fraud charges against them thru the BBB, Fraud.org and the Attn General's office. The BBB sent me a docket number but, so far, no response from the company. I didn't spend *that* much but it's the principle... Will let you guys know what happens.

After EIGHT months of calling this company, I filed fraud charges with every organization I could think of... The BBB, Fraud.org, The California Att General's Office, etc., etc., I'd also (thankfully) recorded a number of the frustrating phone calls I'd had with various Bouquetiere staff... After the BBB threatened the company for a THIRD time (because they didn't respond to the first two BBB notices), they finally got a hold of me. And there were absolutely no apologies, no offers of merchandise to make up for their idiocy, nada. The convo was extremely brief and I got my refund within the day. Now why, I ask you, did this take EIGHT ****ING MONTHS and so many complaints on my part?????

The kicker? My mom found a bunch of stuff from their web site (like the kitchen soaps and hand lotions, etc) on sale @ Ross for, like $1 each. How funny is that?

I have gone through my credit card company and they are investigating them now. I just want the money back from what they did not send.
