4. PRIZES: Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of a three-day, two-night trip for the winner and one guest to the Bahamas. Trip includes accommodations for two (2) people (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel in the Bahamas selected by Sponsor and round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) between the major airport nearest to winner's home and the Bahamas. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3,000. All expenses not expressly listed in these Official Rules as part of the Grand Prize, including without limitation ground transportation, insurance, meals, incidentals and gratuities, are the responsibility of the winner. Either winner or guest must be age 21 or over. If winner is under age 21, winner must be accompanied on the trip by winner’s parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Trip Itinerary and related details will be determined solely by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary. If winner is not available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Trip must be taken by September 1, 2007. Blackout dates apply. First Prizes: Each of the ten (10) First Prizes consists of three (3) custom flower arrangements that will be delivered to the winner’s home (one per month during a three-month period specified by Sponsor) and two (2) CoverGirl cosmetics products selected by Sponsor from its "Paradise in Bloom" collection. ARV of each First Prize is $150. Second Prizes: Each of the fifty (50) Second Prizes consists of two (2) CoverGirl cosmetics products selected by Sponsor from its "Paradise in Bloom" collection. ARV of each Second Prize is $10. Total ARV of all prizes is $5,000.

1. HOW TO ENTER: The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on May 15, 2006 and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on August 31, 2006. To enter, access www.covergirl.com, register, and follow the on-screen entry instructions to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 a.m. ET on August 1, 2006. Normal time rates, if any, charged by Internet service provider will apply. There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry per person and per e-mail address. No purchase necessary.
