Sweepstakes is open only to legal US residents 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must have valid proof of US citizenship in order to be eligible to accept prize.
PRIZES: One (1) winner for the Grand Prize Recovery Sweepstakes (the "Grand Prize" or the "prize") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about June 23, 2006. If a prizewinner cannot or will not accept prize as stated, in Sponsor's discretion, the prizewinner may forfeit the prize and the prize maybe awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3500. The actual value of a prize may vary and any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
Prize includes round trip coach air fare for two (2) from major airport nearest winner's home, eight (8) days/seven (7) nights double occupancy one bedroom luxury beachfront villa accommodations at Fort Recovery Beach Villas in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, BVI; daily continental breakfast at Fort Recovery; three (3) dinners each at Fort Recovery; boat trip for snorkeling, swimming and sight seeing; half hour massage each; manicure or pedicure each; access to yoga and pilates classes at Sunset daily. Costs of meals, ground transportation, gratuities, taxes, transportation to and from airport and all other expenses not specified as part of prize package are the sole responsibility of prize winner. The total approximate retail value of the travel package may vary depending on location of major airport nearest to winner's home. Prize winner and prize winner's guest(s), if any, must travel together unless otherwise authorized by Sponsor. Prize may be subject to blackout periods, and other restrictions may apply. Unless otherwise authorized by Sponsors, travel must be completed by December 17, 2006.
