SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Ford Road to Kona Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 9/8/05 through 11:59 PM EST on 8/31/06 ("Sweepstakes Period").
SPONSOR: Ford Motor Company, 16800 Executive Drive, Dearborn, MI 48126.
ADMINISTRATOR: Exposure Marketing, Inc., 1000 N. Opdyke Rd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("U.S.") who must be 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver's license as of date of entry. Employees, and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of Ford Motor Company ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, J. Walter Thompson, and Exposure Marketing, Inc. (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (or if a minor their parent or legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Multiple entries from the same person or email address in contravention of these official rules or entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void.
PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize - 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition (ARV $35,000) and a trip for two (2) to Kona, Hawaii from October 12, 2006 through October 16, 2006 to attend the Ford Ironman World Championship (ARV $15,000). Total ARV of Grand Prize $50,000. Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winners residence to Kona, HI, four nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), tickets to the Ironman World Championship, local ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from Sponsor selected events) and $1,500 cash. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Vehicle color and equipment will be determined by Sponsor. Prize trip must be taken on dates and at times specified by Sponsor. Winner and companion must travel on the same itinerary. Twelve (12) Monthly Prizes - A Ford prize package valued at up to $200 ARV.
WINNER SELECTION/VERIFICATION: Monthly Prize Winners - One (1) winner will be selected on or about the following twelve (12) dates (10/3/05, 11/7/05, 12/5/05, 1/5/06, 2/6/06, 3/6/06, 4/3/06, 5/1/06, 6/5/06, 7/3/06, 8/7/06, 9/7/06) in random drawings conducted from among all eligible entries received as of the time of the drawing. Winners will be notified by mail and may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where legal a Publicity Release within 7 days of date of notification. The odds of winning a Monthly Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Grand Prize Winner - Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 9/7/06 from among ALL eligible entries received.
