Does anyone know where I can get a cheap (about $40) video capture card that supports M-PEG 1 (video CD) and is internal (USB captures at slow frame rate) something like a Win-TV PVR, Creative VCR, Dazzle or Pinnacle cards?

I've been looking around for a cheap deal, haven't found much. If you happen to see a deal could you let me know?
