8. Prizes:
a. Sweepstakes prizes: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: Trip for two (2) to the Bahamas. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (if winner's home is located within the Continental United States) (the exact airport is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Freeport, Bahamas; and four (4) days and three (3) nights stay at the Sheraton Grand Bahama Island, Our Lucaya Resort (single room, double occupancy). Air travel is only provided from the Continental United States. Winner must complete the trip by December 1, 2007 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Airline and flight itinerary determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for airlines cancellations or delays. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, air travel if winner resides outside of the Continental United States, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, meals, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in their state of residence, the travel companion must be the winner's parent or legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases (except where prohibited) prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining their own travel documents including passports. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.
