People have marked this as not a good deal. Why? It seems decent and Quiznos is not bad... or is it?

The coupon now showing up online for me is the Free Chips and Small Drink with purchase of Regular or Large Sub. Exp 11/03/06.

I like their overpriced sandwiches, but would never eat there without some sort of coupon or discount (unless I was expensing it as a corporate lunch).
