coupon $5 of $5 didn't work for me :(

me either I was told it was already redeemed, but thanks for the 12% it worked fine

Same result for me as far as the $5 off $5 goes. I attempted to check out with a little under $6 Staples branded merchandise and when the clerk scanned the coupon it came back already redeemed.

Too bad.

Those types of coupons almost always have someone's Staples customer rewards number on them. They are for one use only. :(

I also tried the $5 coupon today. The cashier also told me the coupon was already redeemed.

I was able to use my $5 for $5 at our local staples. When she scanned it she told me it was already redeemed. I told her that it was from the internet and that they would all have the same coupon number. So she called the manager over and he did an override with out a problem.

I guess I was lucky this time.

Not sure if this helps (or is all that legal?) but if you click on the coupon, and look in the address for "9766230420360164", this is the customer reward number that shows up on the coupon. You can change this to whatever number you want (16 digits) and the page will show the new number. May work if you have a staples reward number, may work (long shot) if you randomly enter numbers...

I try to replace my reward number for online order before for this kind of code but IT'S NOT WORK :mmph:
