I am sure most of you have seen the auctions on ebay where you can buy information on where you can buy gift cards for 20% off. They say you can buy $500 of lowes cards for $400, etc. Well I was wondering if anyone has used these sites, and if anyone has links to these sites. Any information is appreciated.
