April 07 Giveaway ("Promotion or Sweepstake")

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor (as defined below), and its affiliates, Prize Suppliers, Promotion Partners and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate family (parent, spouse, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to participate or win the prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. to enter: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 13, 2007 and 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2007 (the "Entry Period"), visit www.latina.comand follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form ("Online Entries"). Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2007 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. WINNER SELECTION: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about May 15, 2007 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legally permissible) a publicity release form within ten (10) business days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

All prize details shall be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected.

General Conditions: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, garbled or illegible entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, electronic or network relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Promotion-related materials.
