Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older
Select the teams you believe will win each of the fifteen (15) games for the remaining match-ups of the Division 1 Men's Basketball Tournament games as well as the final score of the 4/3/07 game

The eligible entrant that correctly identifies: (1) the winning team for each of the fifteen (15) Division 1 Men's Basketball Tournament games and (2) the final score of the Division 1 Men's Basketball Tournament game that is currently scheduled to occur on 4/3/07 will be declared the Grand Prize winner. In the event more than one (1) individual correctly guesses the correct winning teams for all fifteen (15) of the Division 1 Men's Basketball Tournament games and the final score of the Division 1 Men's Basketball Tournament game that is currently scheduled to occur on 4/3/07, such individuals will be asked to answer, without assistance of any kind, a question selected by Sponsor based on knowledge of United States college basketball with a time limit of 5 seconds. The participant that answers the question correctly, within the designated time limit, will be declared the Grand Prize winner.
(1) Grand Prize: $1,000,000 to be awarded as a 20-year annuity, approximately $50,000 per year for 20 years, without interest. (Approximate Maximum Present Value=$674,883.40).
(15) First Prizes: Each first prize is a co-branded basketball. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $33.
