To Enter the Promotion: visit www.oscal.com, and register for the Promotion by completing all of the required information on the Official Entry Form, including your name, address, date of birth, home phone number, e-mail address, your selected password, and then, type in the security symbol shown on your web screen. . No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles allowed. You can receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes by including a UPC number of an OsCal product. Simply enter the UPC number in the designated field from any OsCal product you either purchase or whose UPC number you write down.
3. OVERVIEW OF HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS: Each time you play the Game during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Game and you will also receive one (1) entry automatically into the Sweepstakes per day throughout the Promotion Period. Regardless of the e-mail address you use, you may only play the Game once each day throughout the Promotion Period. However, see "Rule 5: Tell-A-Friend" to learn how you can earn up to a total of five (5) additional Sweepstakes entries. Once you are on the Game web page, click the button "Click Here to Spin." (C) SPA WEEKEND GETAWAY PRIZES (29): Every other calendar day starting 5/1/07 and ending 6/26/07, one (1) Winner will receive a "Spa Weekend Getaway", consisting of a pair of $290 Visa Gift Cards, i.e. one (1) $290 Visa Gift for Winner and one (1) $290 Visa Gift Card for Winner's friend, that they may use for spa services plus one (1) $290 Visa Gift Card to be used for lodging. (Total ARV of each Spa Weekend Getaway: $870). All other expenses not specifically included herein, e.g. meals, transportation, beverages, insurance, etc., are the sole responsibility of each Winner. 11. GENERAL: By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules.
