My mortgage is going to ballon in two years, should I try to refinance again? But I hate having to pay all those closing costs. Any suggestions? Also does anyone know about those governmental programs for those who got caught up in the sub prime mortgage crunch. I am just looking for away to afford to stay in my house, because I know it won't sell right now in this market. Thanks for your help and input.

You may want to contact your lender. With the pending crunch, they may be willing to refinance without all of the closing costs and you might even be able to get a fixed rate loan.

Thanks spazntwitch! I actually am going to call them today. I hate dealing with mortgage companies I hope they are willing to compromise.

If they don't want to work with you research other companies. But you definitely want to get out of that mortgage and get into a fixed rate.
