I have a question for those of you that have been winning the Allure Giveaways. Do any of you use Google Toolbar's "Auto Fill" to enter your information? I DO NOT use Roboform as I've read a lot of sweepstakes do not accept it, but I'm wondering about this feature on the Google Toolbar that I've been using.

The reason I ask is because I was winning at least a few giveaways before using this, and now nothing. :ohwell:

Except for the lack of State getting filled in, I haven't really had a problem with it. But, it doesn't fill in the state right. They've named the field different.

Hi Eva_Marie, I've had that problem also with the State.

So you have been winning from Allure then using this feature?

I use google toolbar also and the only thing that doesn't get filled out properly is the state.

I fill out the form myself and have won several items.

I usually use Auto Fill on Google and have never had any problems except for the box where it says state.
Sometimes i think its best to just fill in your information yourself.

I just can't understand the Allure contests - I enter right on time ( I even count about 10 seconds extra beyond the stated time) and do everything correctly, but still no wins at all!

Hi OtterKim, I know I've even used a site for the current time but am not succeeding in winning any recent giveaways. In August I won 2, but since then just one other product.

I think I might go back to entering the information myself and see what happens.:convinced:

Roboform & Google Fill In do the same things for the most part as they are Form Fillers and they ARE allowed when entering sweeps.

What isn't allowed are Automatic Form Fillers/Automated Entries-they are basically used with some sweep site services where you pay for them to enter the sweeps for you.

The contest sponsors want you,the consumer to actually visit their sites and hey if you can find a sweep on their site, all the better :)

I've been sweeping for over 20 yrs-just started doing onlines about 7 yrs ago and have won 1000's of prizes--Unless its a flash form,I've used Roboform for every single entry-Have never been disqualified for using it. I've also won from Allure several times. So just read the rules ,keep entering & winning!

Roboform is the best for me. I have entered many Allure promos and have won at least 12 of them since April. You do have to check the state most times.

I fill it myself, I don't use autofill & I've won several times. :)

I use Firefox and under Tools>Options>Privacy, I have it remember what I enter in forms. Works fine for me, won an Allure prize lately.
