Now how about some decent looking avatars?

Something had to be done about the girly avatars soon or later. Thanks! I will go look for some good ones, but if you have any suggestions, please let us know.

Another suggestion:
People at Anandtech hot deals have been requesting that "Iwanna" and "Brag and Moan" have their own seperate forums for a long time now to no avail.
This would be a nice feature here and might help increase it's popularity and user-base.
