The MD by me did not accept it, their excuse was that it was not printed in color. Yes, you read correctly, the won't accept it in b/w and will accept it if was printed in color. What kind of lame excuse is that?

The manager allowed the last one but said he is only supposed to accept the full-color versions.

I tried this a few weeks back and was denied because it was printed. I asked the manager how else I was supposed to get it. Got on their website and wrote an honest review and received a mailed response saying the comments had been forwarded to the restaurant. Wouldn't bank your afternoon pick-me-up on this.
