This e-mail is to update you on our existing INFORMATIONAL survey tracking system. We are in the process of updating our current tracking system which should be completed on or about April 1st. This new system will be a more effective tracking system which will enable us to track your survey participation and compensate you in a more timely matter.
If you have completed FIVE or more INFORMATIONAL Survey but have not received your compensation, to date, please be assured that once the new tracking system is in affect, we will have the capability to retrieve your participation and compensate you for all completed Informational surveys.
Please remember that only Informational Surveys are counted towards compensation.
