Yes, i received that also. I emailed them about how many surveys i have done and thats what they sent me back. i have done over 10, so it sucks that we have to wait to track them until April.

Today, I received a brown envelope USPS w/the 10 mascaras. They appear to be full-size, but in their effort to disguise the brand names, they have covered the entire mascara tube with electrical tape! It's hysterical. I would have spray-painted them (more elegant). Can you imagine the "Help Wanted" ad: Needed: Someone agile with black electrical tape to camoflauge mascara tubes--no one suffering from dizziness need apply.
