Deal appears dead, as both products are no longer availavle from Buy.com, but from associated sellers, and the rebate forms state that the purchase must be from Buy.com. I spoke to a Buy.com sales rep this morning (9:15 AM EST) and he believed the rebates would not be honored. So the deal would cost $35.00 more (dead) unless they get more of both of the items in stock before the rebate period ends (unlikely).. Too Bad!
