How do I get the shipping charge to disappear? I have my rewards number in but when I get to the confirmation page, there is still shipping. I had no problem getting the correct prices, just the free shipping. Thanks.

place your order, then call 1-800-3STAPLES, and they'll remove the shipping charge for you since you're a rewards member
