That's a great price for an awesome monitor. I don't know how I've managed without this luxurious screen. Great for video/photo viewing/editing, movies, games, multi-apps with your sidebar of choice, etc.

If you get this monitor your computer won't be some box with stuff in it. Your computer will be a big bright display sitting in the middle of your desk, exposing spreadsheets for what they are, letting you get the full picture in photoshop, and finally letting you get work done properly.

You could spend the money on parts for your box, but you'll be running the same apps as before, in the same manner as before. Just don't.

I bought this monitor a few weeks ago when I was upgrading my whole pc and I love it. I upgraded from 2 19in widescreens. I might have to pick up another one of these.

After you factor in your local sales tax, it becomes hardly worth it. Just picked up this monitor in ebay for $580 shipped. Figure I saved myself about $45 (tax + cost of coupon).
