good printer, outrageously expensive ink.haven't been able to find generic, which is how they like it, when I replaced my last Canon printer, cost of ink QUADRUPLED with my new 6210.

Yeah the ink is more expensive than the printer, but these printers are much better than any Epsons that I've owned.

Try going to supermediastore.com to see if they have any 3rd party inks for these...you can also enable DVD printing on these canons by simply buying a tray for it off ebay (~$30) and then changing the firmware (easy) to Europe.

I rather just let Walmart do my photo finishing and call it a day...

Color printing hardware and inks are ridiculous....it is simply not for me...
