Colony: Woot offers one product at a great price each night, either until midnight the next day or until it sells out. A woot-off is the same thing, but when one sells out, they offer another immediately. Its great fun..

I'm not sure about this, but I think that the rebate may not work since the MP3 player is reconditioned, and not new. Anyone know for sure?
