OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED.


1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 9:41 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 19, 2005 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 3, 2005 ("Sweepstakes Period").

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.wish-bone.com during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes link and fill in all required entry information. All entries must be complete by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 3, 2005. Limit one (1) entry per person. Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your on-line/phone service will apply. Sweepstakes ends November 3, 2005.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever Foods, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively "Sponsor and its Administrators") and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win.

4. GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize (1): A 3-day/2-night trip for two to attend The Apprentice: Martha Stewart Finale in New York City, NY on dates specified by Sponsor. Grand Prize includes, round-trip coach air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home to New York City, NY, round trip transportation between the airport and hotel in New York, hotel accommodations at the JW Marriott Rihga Royal or similar (based on double occupancy), two sponsor-selected broadway show tickets and a prepaid Marriott travel card worth $250 to be used towards dining or spa treatments. (Approximate total retail value of Grand Prize $4,975). In the event the winner cannot or does not wish to travel on dates specified by Sponsor for The Apprentice: Martha Stewart Finale or Sponsor is unable to confirm a winner prior to The Apprentice: Martha Stewart Finale, Sponsor reserves the right to provide winner the opportunity to attend a Martha taping on another Sponsor specified date in lieu of The Apprentice: Martha Stewart Finale.

5. RANDOM DRAWING: Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about November 7, 2005, by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded and Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail/email. Grand Prize Winner may also be contacted by phone, if necessary. Prize is nontransferable and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Grand Prize Winner and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agrees to release Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize.
