Prize(s):

• Grand Prize (1 total) – roundtrip coach airfare for two from city nearest winner’s home to Las Vegas, NV, 2 nights hotel (room and tax only), two tickets to a Maxim post-award show bash, tickets to a Las Vegas show (TBD) and dinner for two at a Las Vegas area restaurant
Transportation to and from the airport and hotel and venue and hotel is the responsibility of winner. Sirius will not be providing any ground transportation of any kind. All expenses incurred from the use of the prize not listed above (room service, phone calls, service charges for changing of flights, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must be able to travel December 5 – 7, 2005.

Winner Selection:

• Sirius will notify winners by email or by phone. Due to tight travel schedule, the notice period in Section 7 of the Official Rules has been reduced to 12 hours for the purposes of choosing the prize winner in this Promotion.
