Nevermind on the free panties. You can't combine that deal with the other one, it will work, but the 40% off is definitely key, it even works on sale items, and it is 40% off each item, not the total order.

mmmm... You do know it works out the same if you take 40% the total order or if you take 40% off of each item...

ie 3 items 100 each = $100 - 40% = $60.00 x 3 of them = $180.00
3 items 100 each total = $300 - 40% = $180.00
