PC2700 184-pin DDR330 512mb or 1GB RAM

I am looking for PC2700 184-pin DDR330 512mb or 1GB RAM for a decent price. I've seen 512mb's on here for $10 before, but unfortunately I didn't need it at that time. Minimal rebates would be appreciated if you can find any, but I can spend up to about $100 in all before rebates. As soon as you can find it would be nice. It means my computer back up and running! =]. Thanks!
