read Negative feedback on these drives. Appears NOT to be factory refurbished and some nearly 3 years of operation..... I would avoid

Refurbished Hitachis are often around this price. Newegg has the A7K2000 (previous model) for the same price. Those get terrible reviews too.

90 day warranty for overworked drives is simply not worth it.

Not to mention they are listed as Manufacturer Refurbished then go on to say they were 'Clean Pull, Tested and Packaged neatly” Which means they are Used refurbished drives not just refurbs.

You can't just repackage them yourself and call them 'Manufacturer refurbished'.
