How to Get More at Chipotle

Here are a few tips for you to get larger bigger portions at Chipotle.

Before Arrival
- Time it - Go late at night about an hour before closing

- Check reviews - Some managers train their workers to give less as possible. Check on Yelp to find a good Chipotle near you

- Save with Gift Cards - Go to CardBear and buy a Chipotle gift card for 7% off. This is good as cash

Once you get there
- Smile at your server

- Get a burrito bowl instead of burrito

- Order both pinto and black beans. There is no cost

- Get fajita vegetables. There is no cost

- Examine the meat section. Choose two meats where the bucket looks fuller. Workers naturally give you less of what's about to run out.

- Ask for two different meats. For example, Half Chicken and Half Steak. You usually end up more when you do half and half. A trick would be to mention one kind of meat first and then once they are done, mention the other one.

- Ask for a tortilla on the side. There is no cost

- Ask for extra rice. There is no cost

- Ask for salad dressing. There is no cost

What am I doing with salad dressing? Just getting it because it's free?

Oooo...great new trick guys. Most take out joints have free salt, ketchup, and napkins.

Go out late at night and you can squeeze the leftover pressure from the gas pumps from all the gas stations around you and you might get enough to mow your lawn! Win!

No wonder people are so fat these days. Easily digestible carbs such as tortillas are a great way to add empty calories to a diet.

Just used many of these tactics -- it works! Thanks!

PS - They offered 2 or 3 tortillas on the side.

For the first time, I felt that I got a good value from them. Will be back again and again!

If you are that desperate for calories go to a soup kitchen.

I don't know. People who do this annoy the heck out of the employees. To me it doesn't seem to be worth the hassle.

Fun Fact - Did you know Chipotle was called Frijoles in Japan?
