Yes, I ordered this expecting digital delivery but it wasn't. Took about 4 days.So disregard the description, but it is a good price.
 
It's neweggs ebay store. They have the digital download on neweggs site for $38
 
I really wish whoever keeps refreshing this will stop saying digital delivery. The 35.99 deal is not digital.
