BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THAT POST TO THIS SITE DON'T KNOW HOW TO ADD TAX TO ANYTHING SOLD ON AMAZON. SOME STATES DONT REQUIRE TAX, BUT THE MAJORITY DO. TO MAKE THE PRICE LOOK BETTER AND TO MAKE PRICES LOOK LIKE GREAT DEALS, THEY JUST LEAVE OFF TAX.
