3. When making the order, make sure to redeem the coupon when you are about to pay

My experience: Enter the code in all caps, as shown. The app will freeze/run slow when the code is entered. Coupon will not show up right away. Wait 5ish minutes & you'll get a notification when you launch the app saying you have a BOGO reward that expires 02/13/2017. Will show up under 'My Rewards' as well.
