I have had a set of these exact dumbbells for over a year, they are worth every penny. If you do P90 X or equivalent workout program these are almost a must, who wants a whole set up bells laying around?? plus the quality is excellent, i've never had an issue or any nervousness that they aren't secure. Get'em while they're hot.

That's exactly the point of these dumbbells, guest - anyone should be able to use them! And if someone cannot lift 5 pounds, at least one time, well...I think maybe there are larger problems to address first. And if 5 pounds can be lifted once, GREAT! Now that can be built upon and increased to two times, three times, etc...
I bought these for the physical therapy area of our chiropractic office and we use them with patients all the time. And since I live above the office, they've been pretty convenient for my own personal use as well. It's always just a matter of setting time aside and making health a priority

Congrats Spoofee! Just do a craigslist search and you'll see USED pairs of Bowflex 552 dumbbells selling for more than this. Some folks are even trying to sell it for $300.00. And these are NEW! It's not a bad deal.
