Why when I check my card balance on Cracker Barrels website does it say it has Zero dollars on it?

My request was 'flagged by fraud systems as high risk' and canceled. Which is interesting, since I see that the money came out of my checking account via paypal.

GCSpread email verification doesn't work for me, using my Google Apps domain account. Worse though, when you try to log in and it fails, you can clearly see your password is being passed unencrypted right in the URL.
