What Happens Next?​

Now that your Claim Form is submitted, it will be reviewed for validity by the Claims Administrator. If your Claim Form is rejected for any reason, you will be notified and given an opportunity to address any deficiencies. Otherwise, if your Claim Form is deemed to be eligible, you may receive benefits depending on the results of the Final Approval Hearing and any appeals that might occur.

The Court in charge of this case still must decide whether to approve the Settlement Agreement. Payments will not be made until the Court grants final approval and after any appeals are resolved.
