The coupon is not '$15 off $75' and it doesn't generically work 'on home, outdoor, fashion and more'. It's 20% off (as the title states) but is only good through certain eBay sellers up to $50 off. Follow the link and read the details.
 
As usual, the excluded categories include anything useful, interesting or expensive.

'Everything' is misleading, Spoofee, please check T&C before titling a discount that way, unless you want users to think you are more interested about getting hits on eBay through you than in posting deals that will make us happy. Perhaps you are, and I guess I can't blame you ... but I will beware.
