Ordered some shirts from Sears last night then decided to cancel it just a minute later to get them in the store instead
but when I tired to cancel it over the Internet their website would say it was not working.
So I called their customer service and was on hold over an hour. Finally spoke to
a girl in the Philippines and she promised me it was cancelled but this morning I received a shipping email.
Tried calling again and was told that they cannot cancel an order when it is listed as shipped even though their website says
plainly that you can.
So I have to wait for them to arrive then return them to a store to get a credit.
Is Sears that desperate for sales??
