did anyone sign up? is it good on any items in their store? do they verify that I'm actually moving?

With no problems, just check the box that says I've already moved, and am ready to fix the place up. And then enter your info. Then wait and see if you ge the coupon in a few weeks.

It does not say how long ago you should have moved. So if you have moved anytime in your life you are eligible I would assume :D
 
I got this -- no hassles. There are some restrictions on the kind of stuff you can get (not good on services, rentals, etc.), but it looks straightforward otherwise.
