Free Stuff on Listia.com

I have been getting a bunch of free stuff on Listia.com for the last month or so, and didn’t see anything on Spoofee about it. It’s basically an auction site, but no cash is involved, only credits and everyone gives away their stuff for free. You get 100 credits when join, and another 100 if you link you facebook or twitter account. Those credits can be used to get anything on the site you want, for free.

The idea of the site is to get rid of the things you don’t want anymore and get new things that you do want… without using cash. The first 200 credits you start with can be used for quite a few things.

Since I joined, these are the auctions I won by using my first 200credits, it cost me nothing:
$5 Gift Card to Bath & Body Works – 55 Credits
DVD of Shrek (free shipping) – 35 Credits
New iphone Case – 60 credits
Wii Video Game – 50 credits

I have seen a few other forums mention it, anyone else been using Listia.com? I find it pretty addicting, but fun

I've used this site when it first came out. Got a free watch w/ free s/h...Also got a free bracelet. Very nice!

Hahaha... the best thing about this site, the more people that get involved, the more items you can get for free, so its a win-win.

However, you also get 50 credits for each person you refer, and the person you refer also starts with an extra 50 credits, so it does pay to let your facebook friends know about it.

I signed up today. I have both facebook and twitter, so I got 100 credits for connecting to them. Within 20 minutes I had over 200 credits.

50- for signing up
50- connecting through facebook
50- connecting with twitter
50- for posting one of my son's shirts that he outgrew
20- posting comments and bidding

I recieved a total of 220 credits easily
