Looking for deals on building a computer...

I have been needing an upgrade for my computer, so my cousin suggested I build a new one completely. I am looking for a good deal on a 40 or 60 gig hard drive (7200 rpm, would go higher if price was good enough), a geforce or ATI video card with 128 mb of video memory, and a new case. Cases generally run expensive on the net because of shipping, but sometimes you can find free shipping deals. I need a case with 4 media bays (can do with 3). Also, I need a motherboard with a Intel Pentium processor (one of the up-to-date models, not sure which ones they are). LMK if anyone can find any good deals on any of these.

    Thanks!!!

Check pricewatch.com for best prices. Also, dont buy generic memory for cheap. The best way to buy brand name retail sealed memory is eBay.
    got skillz?

why buy a new one if you can have a Dell for cheaper price

    Hi,
I would recommend this PC for you if you are not an advanced user of computer. if you use the pc for only regular tasks such as email, chat, little bit of gaming, word processing etc.

If not then go for something else. Try Googlegear.com for getting your custom made PC.

Dell Small Business has the Dimension 2300 Pentium 4 1.8GHz system for $340 + tax w/ free shipping. System has 16x DVD or 40x CDRW, 256MB SDRAM, 30GB HD, Integrated Video & Audio, USB 2.0, XP Home, and 1 year warranty. No AGP slot, so this isn't the best gaming rig.

Go to Dell Small Business. http://www.dell.com/us/en/bsd/default.htm
Enter e-value code "14923-s51104b" in the upper left box that says E-Value Code.
    Select the following options:
Free Upgrade! 16X Max Variable DVD-Rom Drive
    or
FREE UPGRADE! 40x/10x/40x Max CD-RW Drive with Roxios Easy CD CreatorŽ
    256MB SDRAM [add $10] Recommended
1 Year Limited Warranty plus 1 Year On-site Service [subtract $99]
Continue to add to your cart. Price should be $380 - $50 automatic discount = $340.
