You must really believe it if you posted it twice :rolleyes:, but I'm sure if you search HP or Lenovo, you'll see similar complaints. Plus if you look at how many computers Dell sells in comparison to the others the percentage of complaints is probably proportionate, if not less than other manufacturers.

But speaking from personal experience, I have a Dell desktop and laptop that I've purchased from the Dell Outlet within the past two years and have had countless friends buy systems from Dell and haven't heard of any major issues. There will always be lemons, but that's not exclusive to Dell.

I agree. It's easy to find complaints for just about any company if you look online.

Dell not only sold millions of bad computers, but it replaced bad parts with other bad parts and then downplayed the issue to consumers. These issues are just coming to light in newly-unsealed court documents.

Interesting. My company used those very computers, which had an amazing fail rate. The next round of Dell computers we have been using however, work just fine. I think I'll go back up my harddrive today though. LOL.

I wanted to post once but there didn't seem to be a delete button. Posted twice cause the first one didn't seem to post. But I guess it did.....

I use a Dell too, but that is when they made something with quality.
