This sounds like a great deal, and I need some new tea.

I joined but could see that I did not have the $10 yet, so I logged out.

However, I was not asked for a password when I signed in the first time to get an account, so I asked for resetting of my password twice, and I have never gotten an email to reset it . . . I am sure I really signed up, though, but there was no credit in my account yet so I signed out, but cannot get back in.

I had the same problem but it went through. You should check your account. The problem with BuyWithMe is that you have to sign out and then sign back in for anything to show. I got the error message and then tried to order it again but my $10 credit was gone. I emailed them and they responded really fast
