Go to CVS and swipe your card thru the machine when you walk in and a coupon for a Free 1.44 oz Hersey Air Delight candy bar will print out
This was working for everyone I know
I have two coupons for this that I printed from their site a few weeks ago, but they've never had the item. I'll certainly try again tonight. BTW, one of the CVS stores near me said they aren't taking ANY internet coupons anymore. We'll see how long that lasts. The ones I printed are internet coupons, so who knows. Anyone else hear anything about this new policy?
got mine the other day
I don't think that a store can ban their OWN internet coupons, I think the candy bar ones were actually from CVS! I could not find the candy bar in store so I was waiting until now to use them, hopefully they will still honor their OWN coupons!
I ate mine. It was good.![]()
I just wear things wrinkled.
Although your logic is flawless, they refused the printed coupons--even had a memo w/examples posted in back of the counter. I have no idea what has gone on, but apparently CVS was ripped off big-time somehow. I did get the free candy ($.08 tax) on my account and my husband's account after I got the coupons from their machine. So, I'm confused and will be calling CS when I have time.
I just went to get the type of coupons they are not taking, and basically it's everything except the user-specific ones and anything from the newspaper or magazines. The ones you print that say "Veri-FI" on the right-side border are specifically not allowed per this memo--and that's just about any printed coupon. So be prepared. The mgr. told me this is nation-wide. The candy one I printed is NOT considered a CVS coupon, even though it was on their site.

Thanks for the update, Pat 137! I really appreciate it!!
Im such a blonde sometimes I was on break today got my candy bar and left it in my car...I live in florida soooo ummm yea I now have chocolate syrup instead of a candy bar good thing it was freelol
Went to a different CVS last night with my printed coupons for the free candy bars, and they didn't bat an eye and redeemed them. I can't ever figure out CVS and all their rules. With those printed coupons, there was no tax in NY, so completely free. Guess the hoopla was only at that one other CVS (and possibly that district).
I have read some articles that say many stores are clamping down on coupons because of extreme couponing. I don't know the ins and outs, but this practice is ruining it for the rest of us. Such as stacking coupons etc,is now not going to be allowed in many stores.
So far have had no problems with any coupons at local CVS. Walmart and Walgreens usually always give me a problem.
A clear conscience is usually the sign of a bad memory
speaking of couponing i went into target tonight to get my free pens and deals and this lady walked by me and goes "omg she has a stack of coupons" and a minute later comes back, stops me and asks where i got the coupons from..my grandmother, my mother and myself have couponed. it amazes me that people think this is some new phenomenon or something! Lately ive noticed cashiers reading over the coupons and second guessing them a lot more
