    my siister did it and put she doesnt color hair hair at home and got that.. maybe you have to color ur hair at home??

    I put dark blonde, highlight at home + at salon, hair is color damaged, want color & shine...got through quick.
    For my sister, I did the same except picked Brunette for hair color.

    The only negative thing I can say about the John Frieda foam is this: the *snap*crackle*pop of the bubbles popping for 20 minutes on my head takes a little getting used to. But for the price (FREE) I'll deal
    Oh, and sometimes it's hard to estimate if I have enough in one area vs. another so I tend to re-apply the foam here & there...
