Psoriasis is an auto immune disorder that is not contagious...ppl find something that may help them clear up for years then "poof" it doesnt work anymore, there is no cure as of yet but a very imortant step for most people to do is join reputable group such as "The National Psoriasis Foundation" as most ppl tend to cover their psoriasis and it can make ppl feel very alone thinking they are the only ones...if you opt in they have all kinds of groups to get you in touch with other ppl in your age range and similar circumstances so you can share your experiences with ppl who truely understand...they do accept donations but last time I checked the "dues" are $5 a YEAR...people with this disease are not as alone as they think they are, they have just become experts at hiding it...

got this little kit...a rubber bracelet, travel size tube of "Aveeno blueberry & goji berry" body lotion (I use Aveeno already on my skin, this new one smells light & good!) & a small softcover journal (ugly but I took the cover off it & we are gonna use it as a phone message book)

Got my kit too. I love the journal. Im always writing notes, lists, etc. Will come in handy.
